What does the $300/month cover?

How do the Campaign Intel add-ons work?
Campaign Intel services are bespoke research products delivered by the DFX Intelligence team. You browse the catalog in the app, click Request a briefing, and a DFX strategist reaches out within one business day to scope and quote. Add-ons are billed separately from the platform subscription.
Is my donor data safe?
Your org's data is tenant-isolated at the database level — no shared tables, no cross-org reads. All FEC and Congress.gov lookups are rate-limited per org. Sessions are HMAC-signed, passwords are scrypt-hashed, and we never transmit PII to third parties beyond Anthropic for AI generation (and only the fields you explicitly pass to the prompt).
Does PollCap replace Numero or NGP VAN?
No — PollCap is an intelligence layer that complements your CRM of record. Import your donor list, connect to FEC, and PollCap tells you who to call next. Numero tracks what already happened. PollCap tells you what to do next.
What happens when my trial ends?
We charge the card on file. If payment fails, you get a 14-day grace period with full access and email nudges. After that, your org switches to read-only — you can still see your data but AI generation and new imports pause until you resolve the billing issue.
